What are Sessions?
Sessions are the core concept in ClaudeBench. Each session represents a conversation with Claude Code, maintaining context throughout your interaction. Sessions can be saved, resumed, and organized for different projects.
Think of Sessions as persistent conversations that remember everything you've discussed.
Creating a Session
There are several ways to create a new Session: • Press ⌘ + N for a new session • Click the "+" button in the sidebar • Use the menu: File > New Session
Session Features
Each Session provides: • Real-time Streaming - See responses as they're generated • Context Persistence - Your conversation history is maintained • Permission Control - Approve or deny file/command operations • Export Options - Export to Word, PDF, or HTML
Working with Claude Code
